Location7th Floor, The Rosebank Firestation

Scor has recently rented out a prime space in the new Firestation building in Rosebank, and we were fortunate to be contracted by Arc Architects to assist with the office fit-out.
With years of experience under our belts, we were excited to take on the challenge of working alongside Aveng, the main build contractor, to ensure all safety measures were adhered to.
As with our previous project for 27Four, we had to haul all the materials up from the basement level via the external scaffolding.
Adding to the complexity of the logistics, we were asked to complete part of Aveng's scope of work, which involved building and finishing the toilets on the 11th and 12th floors. But our job didn't stop there – we were soon approached by Dipula Income Fund to design and build their offices on the same floors as well.
Despite these challenges, we're proud to say we've delivered another successful project covering the 5th, 7th, 11th and 12th floors, and we're grateful for the opportunity to work with such a talented team at Arc Architects and Aveng.
